Parties with only BW residents or 1-15 non-residents will be $25. Parties with 16-31 non-residents will be $50. Parties with 32-50 non-residents will be $75. All parties with greater than 50 non-residents must have Board approval at least three weeks prior to date of reservation and fees/deposits will be adjusted by Board.
*Note: Reservation does not include exclusive use of the pool facilities. $50 deposit for parties of 15 or less non-residents. $100 deposit for parties of 16 or more non-residents.Clubroom

Parties with only residents will be $50. Parties with 1-15 nonresidents will be $75. Parties with 16-31 non-residents will be $100. Parties with 32-50 non-residents will be $125. Maximun occupancy is 50 people per City of Austin fire code. There will be a $50 fee for each additional hour over the two hour initial rental with a limit of 4 hours total. A $300 deposit for all parties.Playground – includes BBQ Grill and Picnic Tables

Parties with 15 or less non-residents will have a $50 deposit, no fee required. Parties with 16 or more non-residents will be $25 with $100 deposit.

(Swim Season/Non-Swim Season)
No fees or deposits will be collected for Balcones Woods Club Association events. The reservation form must be filled out and signed by a member of Balcones Woods Club, Inc. This person will be responsible for the reservation and clean-up of the event. Association events are open only to members of Balcones Woods Club.
