BW COMMONS AREA RESERVATION
POLICIES
SWIM SEASON PARTIES - Fill
out the Commons Area Request Form and give it to the Pool Manager.

All parties must make a reservation at
least one week in advance. Reservations will be recorded in a notebook in the
guardhouse.

A deposit of $100.00 for parties of more
than 10 non-residents or $25 for parties of 10 or less non-residents
will be collected when the reservation is made. If proper cleanup
is completed by the persons having the party, the deposit will be refunded.
Resident is responsible for picking up deposit check from the guardhouse. If
the check is not picked up within two weeks the check will be destroyed.
Parties of more than 10 non-residents will be limited to two hours and no more
than 4 picnic tables, so that the facilities will be available to other
homeowners.

Parties with 1-10 non-residents will not
be charged (but a deposit will be collected). A $25.00 fee will be charged to
parties with 10-30 non-resident swimmers and a $50.00 fee will be charged to
parties with 31-52 non-resident swimmers. All parties with more than 52
non-resident swimmers must have board approval at least 2 weeks prior to
reservation.

Parties will not be scheduled on
holidays. Only two parties will be scheduled for each day.
NON-SWIM SEASON PARTIES -
Fill out the Commons Area Request Form and give it to a Pool Operations Manager.

least 2 weeks prior to reservation. All parties with more than 52
non-residents must have board approval at least 2 weeks prior to reservation.

Guards - Please collect fee as noted at the end of each party. Clip fee
to reservation form, these will be picked up weekly or as needed.
