Common Area General Rules
These rules are in place to
protect our facilities and residents. Your compliance and consideration of
others would be greatly appreciated. Non compliance by any rule may result in ejection or
suspension from the Common Area for up to one year.
Guests are Welcome!
- Electronic security keys must be made
available at any time to prove residency.
- No Guns are allowed
on the premises at any time.
- Pets of any kind are
NOT allowed in the Common Area.
- Glass bottles or any other kind of
containers made of glass are strictly prohibited.
- Skate boards or
skating of any kind is NOT permitted on the courts.
- Loud music or noise
that violates the City of Austin noise ordinance is NOT permitted.
- Any activity that
could damage Common Area Facilities is NOT permitted.
- Any child under nine (9) years of age who is using either the swimming pool or the surrounding grounds, must be closely watched by a responsible person.
- Reckless driving or speeding in and out of
the Common Area by ANY motor vehicle is NOT permitted.
- Any person found in the Common Area after
11:00 pm, not involved in maintenance or security of the Common Area is NOT
permitted.
- Non-residents of Balcones Woods Club must
be accompanied by a member of the club.
- Climbing the fence to gain access to the
Common Area Facilities or propping open security gates is NOT permitted.
